Da Kat als untote Stripperin das Publikum jedoch mehr begeistert als jemals zuvor, riecht Club-Besitzer Ian die große Kohle und überredet die meisten seiner weiteren Tänzerinnen dazu, sich von Kat beißen und in Zombies verwandeln zu lassen. Dumm nur, dass die Zombie Stripper ständig Lust auf frisches Menschenfleisch verspüren...
